Changing Password

This tutorial is designed to explain how password of your Simply CRM account can be changed.

Here’s how to change your password

  1. Click your user name in the top right corner
  2. Click My Preferences

Click Change Password button

Fill in the details in the popup, and click Save

Users with admin privileges can reset the password of non-admin users.

Here’s how to change password of non-admin users

  1. Click gear icon Setting.png in the upper right.
  2. Click Manage Users
  3. Click on desired user name(non-admin) from the list of users
  4. Now click Change Password in the top right
  5. Provide password and click Save
